At The Little Cabin Company, every cabin is built by combining traditional woodworking craftsmanship with modern manufacturing technology. The result is a durable, precision-engineered timber building designed for long-term performance.
Premium Nordic Timber
Every cabin begins with carefully selected Nordic softwood sourced from responsibly managed forests in Estonia and Scandinavia. Slow-growing timber from colder climates produces denser, strong wood with excellent stability, making it ideal for log cabins. FSC® Certified timber is used, supporting sustainable forest management.
Precision Machining
Each timber component is machined using modern CNC equipment to ensure consistent dimensions and accurate jointing. The wall logs are profiled with tongue-and-groove connections, allowing them to fit together securely while creating strong, weather-resistant walls.
Doors and windows are all made in-house, so we have control over the quality of our product.
Quality Control
Throughout the manufacturing process, components are inspected for dimensional accuracy and timber quality. Any pieces that do not meet our standards are removed before packaging.
This attention to detail helps ensure that every cabin is supplied with accurately machined components that are ready for assembly.
Double Glazed Windows and Doors
Most of the cabins we sell come with tilt and turn windows and aluminium water gutter.
Depending on the cabin you buy, the windows and doors will differ. Some are traditional opening windows, some are tilt and turn, others are aluminium, but all are some of the best quality on the market.
